Well you have to have car insurance by law but the increases in premiums over the last few years are in themselves criminal and are beginning to hurt people’s finances. Increasing numbers of people are now finding themselves in the situation where they cannot afford to insure something they have to use everyday as pressures in other more important areas are taking precedence.
